How Sharps are Betting NFL Week 11

Several litmus tests on tap this week as we reach the point in the calendar where pretenders start to fall by the wayside. Many contenders will also solidify their status. Let’s see how sharps have been betting the Sunday and Monday NFL ticket. Games are presented in the order they appear at the respected Don Best website.

Green Bay at Chicago

Opening line of Green Bay -2.5 before last week’s games were played rose initially to the key number of -3. After Chicago played horribly AGAIN, the game “re-opened” around Green Bay -6. Sat for awhile before rising to -6.5 Dog jumped in then, bringing the game back town to -5. Some back and forth since then between Packers -5.5 and Bears +6. A VERY active betting game so far. Many sharps have seen enough of the Bears…knowing that the toughest games are still ahead. But, dog lovers see Chicago as a “defensive dog,” and a “divisional rivalry home dog” in a bounce-back and gut-check situation. Clear support from some factions on Green Bay -5 or less, but from dog lovers at +5.5 or more (and particularly +6 or more).

Opening total of 45 walked the ladder all the way down to 40 before a recent bounce up to 40.5. Chicago’s offense has fallen off the map. Bears’ defense knows it has to carry all the load. Weather is going to be breezy (9-11 mph) but not as impactful as we’ve seen in other November games at this site. Sharps loved Under at the earlier numbers. Relevant bounce at 40 though, possibly because Chicago won’t be that much of a “windy city” Sunday. For now, certainly anything Under 42 or more is sharp…and possibly down to 41.
